I am currently in OPT EAD which expires on July 10 2016. I had applied to TPS and advance parole but NOT EAD based on TPS. My TPS is still pending ( I filed in July 11 2015). I submitted RFE on June 21 2016. However I received my AP and I travelled and return on AP.
Since my OPT is going to expire next month and I am trying to file EAD based on TPS. On the form, it says "Current Status" and "Last entry status". I was wondering what would be my current status. It is still F1 OPT. Please help!

Since your application for TPS is still pending and you are currently on OPT, your 'Current Status' is F1 OPT.

Hello there,
My TPS finally got approved on june 17th ( filed on june 16th 2015).
I requested the Ombudsman’s Office. dhs.gov/cisombudsman to do the inquiry and i am pretty sure that was the reason of approval because i have called twice after teh 60 days requested wait.
How was the experience while returning with AP? what kind of documents were asked to provide?
