I dont know where you the idea that major cause for accidents is the age. I think cars make a higher cause for car accidents. So, lets bad them instead. How about that?

There already is a provision in Driver Licensing processs to reasonably safeguard against the faults that could be caused by senility.

Seems to me, MN accident was caused by the driver making a hazardous U turn from the shoulder into incoming traffic and TX accident was caused by the driver overtaking recklessly.

Yes, both could have been prevented. Yes, both involved senior citizens. But I doubt if the senility was the cause of the either.
