You're basing your assumption on civil service jobs?? Are you insane or completely out of touch with Nepalese reality? BTW, thats the most biased statistical model I've ever seen. In Nepal, to get these jobs, its not what you know, its who you know and what social class you belong to.
Also, why don't you tell us who's been running the nation into doldrums for so long? I hardly see any Newars, Gurungs, Magars (or "matwalis") running the show.
Now, I've always assumed that govt jobs = corruption, so, accordingly tell me who is the most corrupt amongst all??
Finally, could you pls refrain from such topics promoting false superiority and racism...We can never change the fact that we are from the same nation and for outsiders, we are simply Nepalis. How much do they monthly get??

Majority people who are in lower rank than officer earn hardly about 5000 Rs. per month...that is less than 75 Dollar per month...Thank god these all poor guys (not of any single caste) are working in such jobs...

I ask...how many of Sajha visitors would like to join the government job?? I think less than one percent...I dont like to do government job for 100 Dollar per month....better start a momo shop....Getting chance to participate in big corruption...?? They are very few....if I have to give name there are of all caste from Bharat Gurung, DB Lama, Jamuna Krishna Tamrakar, Jha, Yadav (engineers), Khum B. Kadka, Govinde Joshi, Chire Bagle, Gopal Man Shrestha, Shekhar Gurung.....sabai...very good SAMABESHIKARAN....
