Why don't you contact the Graduate college directly??
Open any of the University homepage and enter as a prospective student and put your questions.
For masters they require 16 yrs of education. And masters is at least 30 credits with at least 24 crdit of course work.
I have seen many people with 3 yrs bachelor and two years master continuing on masters here first before joining the PhD. But if the department is flexible it can take you directly on PhD and let you have some pre-requisite courses.
Good Luck.

Did you complete your undergrad in the US? If so, as long as you have a Bachelors, you could enrol in most Ph.D programs. Obviously, your grades and GRE score must be at an acceptable level to even be considered for most programs. However, the personal statement too can make a lot of difference if your grades/GRE was sub-par.

She has 3 yrs bachelors so might be from Nepal.
Why are you so eager in joining PhD?? First enroll for masters and then you get acquainted with the way of study and your interest as the research interests differ in different countries.
One good thing would be to check the faculty profile and find the research interest of professors, studying about those and writing a proposal on that subject and contacting the professor directly. If the Professor accepts you then you need nothing more.

Go for it, but be sure to find what u gonna do after that degree.

There are a lot of different departments in Psychology that you could do your PhD in. Which department are you looking forward to? There are different policies for different departments. I know for a fact tht a clinical Psych. doesnt even look at your masters. An undergrad is required. I think that most programs will let you enroll. the only question is will you be able to get in? Clinical Psychology is one of the hardest department to get into. The acceptance rate is 6% per year. There are various books that will give you info. on all this. All university websites have a set of qualification lists that you could browse through for your answer. All the best.
