 H1 sponsorship from Nepal-is it possible?

Recently I have heard that a lot of Nepalese come to the United States as H1 holder by paying a certain sum of money to the organizations that help them to get here. Can anybody tell me what kind of organizations sponsor H1 in Nepal??? I do know that IT companies in India do that but I don't know for Nepal. Any information regarding this would be really appreciated.
