Hi I sent an invitation letter for my sister to come to US for invitation. She did get a visa. Now if she does not return to Nepal, am I going to be in trouble now or later when i file for green card or H1?

As far as i know u wont be in trouble. Once she comes here and if she decides not to go back its not ur fault. She will be illegal but u wont be responsible for her decision.
