Would you Please share stepwise process for canada PR.
I have graduated master from usa university. I just married with nepali gurl, she is also usa graduate(master).
Rt now we are at F1 visa(opt).
1. Police Report: Do we need police report from Nepal also,
                           Do we need police report from usa(state) apart then FBI clearance report?
2. IELTS: Do Ielts really necessary in case i have done my master degree from usa.?
3. Where do I need to apply? What address:
4. Where can i do attested all my certificates? Do i need to send all the documents(certificates) of my spouse?
5. photocopy of passport:

Hi Zaren,


1. Yes you need police certs. from Nepal and USA- FBI+State.


2. IELT S - Yes it is must for all whose native tounge is not english.


3 Buffalo CIC if you want to apply from US or New delhi from Nepal


4. Yes , all docs you send to CIC should be Notarized, just find one notary public in your Area.


5.Yes, all pages of passport ,you and your spouse notarized.


However,Police cert and Ielts can be submitted later when asked but mention them that you are planning to do it in near future .

thank you jhatka jee, what about work experiences? I have worked as Software Team manager for 2.5 years in nepal in one of the company. and i heard i need to submit my tax document for that which i can't get from nepal. so what ll be the best way to show work experiences? other suggestion also highly appreicatable.
