Coming back to the original topic of discussion, those are nepalese and not indians. Nepal is not limited to the boundaries of kathmandu valley like it used to be in old days. Thanks to Late King Prithvi Narayan Shah, the boundaries of nepal extend from mechi to mahakali and himal to terai. In a diverse society like nepal with multiple languages and cultures, it's naive to imagine that only people wearing daura suruwal and speaking nepali as their mother tongue are nepalese.
