Maoists conduct security checks

Kakadvitta, 16 Sept: CPN (Maoist) people’s militia have started security checks of motor vehicles plying the Mahendra Highway at Mechinagar from Thursday, Nepal Samacharpatra reports. A group of 40 militia established a check-post and started security checks after reports the democratic government imported weapons. They especially conduct security checks of Indian cargo trucks. Commander Srikant and section commander Subash are leading the group. The check-post has been established for an indefinite period.

But it will be unfair to declare only Prachanda as murderer.....how about the Nepali state ? After all killings were not done by the Maoists.

In fact if we were to judge solely by the number of killings...Nepali state is responsible for 2/3 of all the killings which makes Nepali state worse than Prachanda.
