Same here... i see so many approved but mine still says PENDING!!!! Wht the heck does that supposed to mean? Cant they just say approved or denied??? making me think abt it everyday.. i hate it!!! :(

How long it takes a H-1B (master's Cap, premium processing) application to be receipted. I applied on 04/19/07 by Fedex mail and they recieved it on 04/21. But untill now I did not get any reciept number or any kind of number, so that I can tack my application status.

I applied on 1st april for masters and did regular processing, havent received anything yet. Does anyone know how long is it gonna take for the regular processing to be approved??

bisa20 and Khusi. don’t worry, yours should come out whenever it does, if it was filed by a consultancy and, if you did graduate last semester.

I applied on 2nd April for master and did regular processing , i just got the receipt notice on 22nd ... wait for few more days ....u will get it .

I got receipt few days ago, but asking for many more documents to submit.(support of evidences).

I applied on 20th April,2007 and how long I need to wait dude?
I haven't graduated yet but am graduting on May 13th
I applied with the documents whatever I have I mean the trasncript till now and the expected date of graduation

i don't think, without transcript, you will be accepted for H 1.
as soon as you get it, mail it to the USCIS>

Has anyone else filed under the Grad quota without graduating? I just want to know if anyone has received receipt numbers? They filed me using undergrad because my grad transcripts are not out yet. Lawyer says he can’t because he could be changed with fraud, but my school says you can file with a "letter of anticipated graduation".

You try hard because H-1B masters' cap is reached 19172. Again go and ask you lawyer. Is your lawyer a Nepali or American?

I do not understand why poeple go to the lawyer. I filed my H-1B by myself ( individually).

Gohtalo and Danger - Yes you can apply with anticipated date of graduation.Your Advisor or any University official should write a letter stating your graduation date.

I cant talk to my employer till I know for sure that atleast one person has the reciept number with 'aniticipated graduation letter' for Masters Quota.

I have heard the acceptance cases even with the anticiapted graduation cases.But I am wondering that how will they make decision if I didn't send them transcript till their decision making times.Kind of curious.
Thats why I thought its better to go for normal than premium since I thought transcript might be needid withing 15 days and mine will take at least a month.

Yeah thats prob the case, My employer is confident that anyone else would get rejected.
He just told me show me one person who has the 'reciept numner' and applied with an anticiaped graduation.

Same case happened to my friend last year. His gradation date was in June and he applied on master's quota with university letter stating he did all the course work and paid all the dues for master's degree and when he is going to gradate.; ;; and his case is approved and happly working for MS.

Your lawyer is not competitive enough.There is no any case of fraud sinc e u r saying that u are anticipated gradutation.You need to change the lawyer dude.If u want I can send you the cases that approved with it.
