court with substantial experience in the entertainment industry and
shall follow California law in adjudicating the dispute.

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall
be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision
shall be deemed severable for this agreement and shall not affect the
validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the
entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained

Claims of Infringement
