Guys desi tv is not live.. It is jus a live streaming. The channel shows the program from i belive UK or even for US region. so it is 11 hr late. If you open idesitv at around 8pm central time you might see Indian idol live.. (That is what live mean here at desi tv).
I think the only way we can watch live is call nepal and view it over the web cam.. Let me know if there is any other options. waiting to hear prashant win..
