Could you please do the honor of how can one make sense of whether to pick a12 or c19 reading this text please? This note from I-821 is only talking about people who have applied and have pending TPS appplication but do not have TPS currently and in a way helping to make a pick between 1.a and 1.b, dear. Or is it that you have some special power to read all the details regarding a12 or c19 required for I-765 just by reading the said note in I-821??
Please, could I make a request to not direct the people in the wrong direction, please??? Is this the most of the "critical thinking skills" you have so far??? If so, then it is really a sorry case then!!
Anyway, let me divert your attention to these notes I found in other file. Care to look? Madame, here the note under that question no. 27 of I-765(!!!) is what explaining more about how to decide whether a12 or c19 NOT the note under 1.b of I-821.

@bidurthapa the 2 weeks decision shows just for EAD. I did file it concurrently so lets hope both gets approved in this short period of time. I will update you :)

I got this kind of information on my USCIS case for EAD Renewal. Anyone on same boat Your case is taking longer than expected to process. You will be notified if you need to take any action. Current step: Case decision Estimated time remaining until your current step is completed: It is taking longer than expected to complete your current step

@suggestion- i put TPS-Nepal and i would upload both I-94 along with the passport page with your details. And yes you can take picture but make sure they fit the guidelines 2inch by 2inch.

@ Raj11, you don't have to pay for TPS re-registration. They will charge for Biometrics fees.You can pay through credit card .They will guide you through the steps .

@Raj11- depends on where you application will be processed and the service center. Nebrasaka service center shows about 5.5 months while other shows 9-18 months.
