 send money to nepal using paypal?

I am new to using paypal. Has anyone used paypal to send money to nepal? Please share the ideas or experience in this context.

You can apply for a new debit card from Paypal and send it to Nepal. They can use the card to take money out from ATM's in Nepal. I think they can take out about $200 each time with a fee of $1 per withdrawl.

bbmb, why don't you try western union. They take some commission but its reliable.

i am trying to figure out which might be the best option. i have western in my mind along with some other online options.

 WEstern union is the best possible solution :) $10 for every transfer upto 300  and if u plan on visitng nepal urself, just add in nepal with ur banker and withdraw it in nepal. its the same cost, 

I personally dont think paypall lets u withdraw money in a dollar!
