New passport does not mean new person. If anything is fake, you will be screwed. Pahilei bhuddi purayes.

I am not satisfied with the comment posted into "Mangale's" thread. Here is my view. US embassy has finger print record of every visa applicant as well all those person who enter US. So, changing passport or changing name never helps in either way. In fact it is a bad idea. I believe that your uncle has no way to re-enter US under any circumstances.
