Loss of speech is also a symptom of stroke. Why would you say it's not? Haven't you learnt that movement of tongue is impaired after stroke?

I dont know why ppl have all of their assignments done here in sajha.

 u r rite abt tht but i thought unexplained dizziness was much more common symptom than loss of speech. also i could be wrong but isn't loss of speech a consequence of stroke rather than the symptom????
