You'll need an attorney, not an immigration 'pundit' on sajha. Good luck, girl!

First reinstate & then only apply for AOS. That's all I know. OR after reinstate is successfull go to Nepal for CP. but do get a lawyer!!

As far as I know, you will be rejected only if you have overstayed more than 180 days. You should find out asap and make the decision right away because yours is less than 180 days as of now (only few days left).

You can't overstay your visa for more than 180 days and I would suggest get a Attorney ( Immigration Lawyer) first and Reisntet your visa as soon as possible and if your case number is low (below 20000) then apply for AOS. If you go back to Nepal for CP, i'm sure that they will reject your visa.

Anyone know the chances of reinstating the F1 status when working without authorization?

IN order to reinstate in F1, it's better to go to some colleges and ask with the international advisor. Ask them if anything can be done. I don't think anything is impossible, might be difficult and time consuming but not impossible. Good Luck.
