I am thinking to open up a new moderate type of Authentic Nepalis Restaurant in Boston area. I know it is very hard to enter into the restaurant business, but I am ready for the challenge. In the meantime I am thinking to have a partnership with somebody who has good restaurant experience and knowledge(cooking experience would be plus). Share your thoughts. Serious replies only.
