Kathmandu, Morang to elect seven parliament members

Palpa and Jhapa lost one seat each while Kailali and Udaipur gained one seat each in re-drawn parliamentary constituencies ahead of national elections on November 13. There has been no changes in other parliamentary constituencies.

Kathmandu and Morang will continue to elect seven members each to the 205 member House of Representatives. Kaski, Kavrepalanchowk, Makwanpur, Kaski, Panchthar, Sankhuwasabha, Bhojpur, Khotang, Okhaldungha, Dolakha, Bhaktapur, Lamjung, Parbat, Argakachi, Rukum, Rolpa, Salyan, Jajarkot, Dailekh, Bhajang, Doti, Baitadi, Taplejung, Dhankuta, Ramechap, Palpa, Pyuthan and Achham will be represented by two members each.
