लासुन अदुवा पिस्ने , ज्वानो फुटाउने
यी तिनै फुराउने अनि पानि को सट्टा chicken or veggie stock हाल्ने
Serve गर्दा छानेर दिए पिउन सजिलो हुन्छ |
ज्वानो ग्राईण्ड गर्दा पनि हुन्छ , पिउनेको स्वद्द अनुसार गोग्भेडा , मसिना मासु टुक्रा (पहिला पकाई राख्नु पर्छ ) थप्दा पनि हुन्छ |
