There is high probability of getting this bill APPROVED...
It will be a great thing for those undocumented immigrants BUT what about legal immigrants as F1 AND H1. Who has been strugglling for years and years and spent thousands of dollars to study and get a good jon and fulfill their American Dream.
They might increase number of H1 quota but still those poor h1 fellow has to go through all those pain of stamping or staying in US for years in fear of getting rejected at Embassy if went for stamping..
Its unfair to legal immigrants and governent should had equally looked into this matter. I heard they might look into few issue related to F1 or H1 but I am not sure what are they.

This bill is not a immigration reform but this is more about next presidential election. Who will get more vote from Hispanic community remains to be seen, but eitherway republicans lost the battle here and Dems are the winner.
Sadly, bill does very little while end up providing a clear amnesty to illeagls. " Illegal alien resideing since 2011 will get working permit and almost sort of guareented GC" but people who are here legally before 2011 will have to through H1B route..and yet will not have work permit if they won't get job let alone the GC. Second, it will do away with DV lottery sort of consulation prize for Republican and nothing else.
In next election, Marco Rubio will have fair chance if this bill is passed, but Dems will tout loud.
For legals - this bill is absolutely unfair.
