Scenario: This person has a B1/B2 visa which is valid till 2019 and have been residing in US before June 24.
Question: After TPS is approved, he/she goes to nepal for few months, can this person re-enter US with B1/B2 visa after abandoning TPS status (Say no advance parole was applied)?

No. If TPS is applied, you have to act accordingly! TPS approval means you agreed to be temporarily protected, and any travel outside US must be accompanied with Advance Parole
