Hey guyz, I need some advice. So i am an F1 student and I was in USA on June 24th. However, I went to Nepal on July 27th and came back in September 3rd . What do you guys think about my chances of getting approved for TPS and what are the documents that I need to turn in with my application? PS: I was paid by my employer whicle I was in Nepal and I still had an active lease agreement with my house owner.

Oh you are a life saver man, I had almost given up my hopes of getting approved. What are the documents that you turned in? Did you write an additional application to USCIS stating your reason for traveling out of the country? Also what date did you enter for Date of last entry into USA (Part 2 , question #22 of I-821). I will really appreciate your help man.
