जीवनजल र स्लाइनबाटै नियन्त्रण गर्न सकिने झाडापखालाबाट समेत जाजरकोट र रुकुमजस्ता सुदूर तथा मध्यपश्चिमका जिल्लामा सयौँको मृत्यु हुँदै छ । जाजरकोटमा दसवर्षे सशस्त्र युद्धमा जति मारिए, झन्डै सोही संख्यामा पखालाबाट एक महिनाभित्रै मान्छे मरिसके । यसले हाम्रो राजनीतिक, सामाजिक, आर्थिक र स्वाथ्यसम्बन्धी दुरावस्थालाई छर्लंग पारेको छ, सहर र गाउँबीचको दूरीलाई चित्रण गरेको छ । यसले हाम्रो स्वास्थ्यनीति कहिल्यै पनि गाउँमुखी भएको रहेनछ भन्ने कुरालाई पनि फेरि एकपटक उजागर गरेको छ ।

 

सरकार भन्छ, पर्याप्त औषधि पठाएको छ, अब एकजना पनि मर्नुपर्दैन । सरकारको यस्तो भनाइभन्दा अघिअघि थप व्यक्ति मरेको खबर आउँछ । दुखद् कुरा के छ भने सत्ता-राजनीति गर्नेहरूले जनतालाई चिनेनन् । सहरका मान्छे मात्र मान्छे हुन् सहरभन्दा परका त मान्छे नै होइनन् भन्ने ढंगले सरकार प्रस्तुत भयो । सरकारले न त खाद्यान्न पुर्‍याउन सकेको छ, न त औषधि नै । जनता भोकमरीमा बाँच्न बाध्य छन् । कुपोषणको सिकार जनता झाडापखालाकै कारण मरिरहेका छन् । राजनीतिमा जसरी एमाले र कांग्रेसले जनाधार हेर्न छाडे, सहरकेन्दि्रत र नेताकेन्दि्रत 'गणेशनीति' अपनाए, स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रमा पनि त्यस्तै स्थिति आएको छ । महामारीग्रस्त क्षेत्रमा न त औषधि छ, न उपचार, न डाक्टर छन्, न त स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता नै । स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालयका सचिवहरूलाई मन्त्रीको पछि लाग्दैमा फुर्सद छैन । कागजमा ठूला-ठूला कुरा गर्ने, तर जनतालाई स्लाइन र जीवनजल पनि दिन नसक्ने अवस्था छ । जिल्लामा पञ्चायतकालमा जस्तै 'हा र ही'को -हाजिर गर्ने र हिँड्ने) परिपाटी छ ।

कति विसंगति छ हाम्रो शैली अनि प्रस्तुतिमा ! जाजरकोटमा त्यति धेरै जनता मरिसक्दा पनि प्रधानमन्त्री वीरगन्जमा अस्पताल उद्घाटन गर्न सचिव अघि लगाएर पुगे । मान्छे मरेको मर्‍यै छन्, उनी असंलग्न राष्ट्रको सम्मेलनमा भाग लिन लावालस्कर अघि लगाएर गए । र, विदेश भ्रमणबाट फर्केर फेरि दुबोको माला थाप्दै चन्द्रशमशेरको शैलीमा भाषण र दस-पन्ध्र हजार रुपैयाँ बाँड्दै हिँडे । महामारीले जनता सोत्तर भएको ठाउँमा हिँडेका प्रधानमन्त्री पञ्चकन्याबाट पुष्पगुच्छा थाप्दै र दुबोको माला ढल्काउँदै हिँडे ।

जिल्ला सवारीको क्रममा प्रधानमन्त्री घोषणा गरे, झाडापखालाका कारण मरेकालाई दस हजार रुपैयाँ दिने रे ! यति सस्ता भए जाजरकोटका जनता, एक पाकेट चाउचाउको चिठ्ठाभन्दा पनि सस्ता ? तस्कर मारिए पनि सहिद हुन्छ र दस लाख पाउँछ यहाँ । राजधानीका कोही मरे दस लाख, अलि टाढाका मरे चार पाँच-लाख पाउँछ । दुर्गम जिल्लाका नागरिकको मूल्य जम्मा दस हजार रहेछ । सात रुपैयाँको जीवनजल पर्‍याउन नसक्नेले दस हजार दिन्छु भन्दै हिँड्नु सार्वभौम नेपाली जनताको अपमान हो । हामीलाई जीवन चाहिएको छ, कात्रो बाँड््दै हिँड्ने मलामी मन्त्री होइन । प्रधानमन्त्री इजिप्ट जानु ज्ञानेन्द्रले शानेवानीको प्लेन लिएर अपि

का जानु र ०४६ सालमा जनआन्दोलन उत्कर्षमा पुग्दा वीरेन्द्र पेरिस जानुमा कुनै भिन्नता छैन । उनको कार्यशैली लोकतन्त्र र जनतामाथिको ठट्टा हो ।

राष्ट्रपति डा. रामवरण यादवले पनि मन्त्रीहरूलाई बोलाएर भनिदिए, जनता तातोपानी खाऊ भनिदेऊ । स्वास्थ्यमन्त्री भइसकेका उनीजस्ता चिकित्सकले मन्त्री हुँदा उनले के गरे ? अहिले जनधनको क्षतिपछि पानी उमालेर खानु भन्नु आगो लागेर सबै जलिसकेपछि पानी हालेर आगो निभाइदिनु भनेजस्तै हो । प

ान्सिसी क्रान्तिमा मेरी एन्टोनियोसँग जनताले रोटी पनि पाइएनभन्दा केक खाऊ न त भनेजस्तै भयो उनको भनाइ । उनले आफ्नो पेसाप्रति पनि सम्मान गर्न सकेनन् । अघिल्लो वर्ष बाढीपीडितलाई हेर्न तराई गएका थिए उनी । त्यहाँ उनी आफ्नो निर्वाचन क्षेत्र भएकाले गए, तर जाजरकोट गएनन् । उनी आफैँ अग्रसर भएर त्यहाँ गइदिएको भए अन्य चिकित्सक पनि जान्थे, सबैको ध्यान त्यतातिर केन्दि्रत हुन्थ्यो, तर उनले त्यति पनि गरेनन् । तुल्सी गिरी पनि डाक्टर थिए, जसले पेसाप्रति बफादारी देखाएनन् । उनी पनि डाक्टर हुन् उनले पनि पेसालाई सम्मान गर्न सकेनन् ।

हामीकहाँ माओवादी पनि छन्, जो माओका अनुयायी हाँै भन्छन् । तर, खै त माओको असल कामको अनुसरण गर्न सकेका ? माओले हरेक जनतालाई तातोपानी पिऊ भनेर ८० प्रतिशत रोग निर्मूल पारे । यहाँका माआवादीले त्यति पनि गर्न सकेनन् । माओले नांगाखुट्टे डाक्टर गाउँ-गाउँमा परिचालित गरे, डाक्टरलाई गाउँ-गाउँमा पुर्‍याउन नसके पनि स्वास्थ्यलाई गाउँ-गाउँमा पुर्‍याए ।

पञ्चायतकालमा राजाको पोल्टामा रहेको चिकित्सक संघ अहिले सत्तासीन पार्टीको मुठ्ठीमा छ । सत्ता साझेदार दलले आह्वान गरे चिकित्सक संघले चिकित्सक परिचालन गर्न सक्छ । तर, जाजरकोटका गरिब जनता उनीहरूका लागि केही होइनन् । सरकार र पार्टीले भन्दा नेपाली सेनाले ठूलो गुन लगाएको छ यस्तो वेलामा । सेनापति कटवाललाई छाडेर नेपाली सेनाको भूमिकालाई नियाल्दा निकै सकारात्मक भूमिका खेलेको छ । सेनाले सहयोग नगर्दो हो त अवस्था के पो भइसक्ने थियो ।

हामीकहाँ दुई-दुईजना स्वास्थ्यमन्त्री छन्, दुई-दुईजना स्वास्थ्यसचिव । सचिवलाई मन्त्रीकै अघिपछि गर्दैमा फुर्सद छैन । जनता मरिरहेका छन्, गाउँ नै रित्तिन लागिसक्यो । देश भनेको जनता हुन्, जनता सबै मरे कसका मन्त्री र प्रधानमन्त्री हुन्छौ ? त्यसैले सबैलाई मेरो आग्रह छ ः तत्काल जनतालाई राहत देऊ । डाक्टरलाई सहुलियत दिएर गाउँ पठाऊ । हरेक वर्ष नेपालमै करिब हजार डाक्टर उत्पादन हुन्छन्, जो सहर र विदेशको सेवामा लागेका छन् । सहरका अस्पताल र नर्सिङहोम उनीहरूबाट भरिएका छन् । उनीहरूलाई प्राक्टिकल गर्न गाउँमा पठाऊ । चीनमा पढेका डाक्टरलाई तालिम गर्न दिनेबारे विवाद छ । सहरमा तालिम दिन नसके गाउँमा पठाए हुन्छ । मेडिकल काउन्सिलमा दर्ता गर्न नमिले अस्थायी दर्ता गरेर भने पनि पठाऊ । जनतालाई राहत दिन सकिने कार्यक्रम तत्काल ल्याऊ । सचिवलाई प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा राख र 'अन द स्पट' निर्णय गर । सिंहदरबारवरिपरि घुम्न छाड । अब त अति भयो, जनताको मृत्युमा अलिकति भए पनि संवेदनशील बन । अन्यथा गरिबका टुहुरा लालाबालाको श्रापबाट मुक्ति पाउनेछैनौ ।

I didn't say what he's saying is wrong. I've been following that news. Everyone is blaming everyoneelse. Did you listen to the interview of health secretary in BBC this week? Guess what he blamed? He furiously blamed the media. What good will the visit by Mr. President do that Mr. Makune couldn't do? As of today, they still have shortage of medicines and water-disinfectant tablets. This is purely a neglect by the state. There is a need of the medicines and health personnels in these areas, and here we're again talking about sending helicopter full of bloody politicians instead of medicines. Blaming is easy; anyone can do. Dr. Dixit is the leader of citizen's group. Did he ever mention what he or his groups did?

जाजरकोट, हुम्ला, जुम्ला देशले नै बेवास्ता गरिएका क्षेत्र हुन। झाडापखाला ले ज्यान जानु त्यो पनि सयौं को संख्यामा सुन्दा पढ्दा अचम्म लाग्दो छ । नेताले बेवास्ता गरे, नेता लाई गाली गर्न लायक का छन , गाली गरोस। स्वस्थ् कर्मी पुगेन । स्वस्थ् कर्मिलाई गाली गर्नुस् । ओखती पुगेन, जिम्मेवार निकायलाई गाली गर्नुस् ।

त्यो भन्दा पहिले रोग को जरो के हो , किन अनियन्त्रित भए? के झाडापखाला ले ज्यानै जान्छ त ? दुषित पानी र दुषित खाने कुरा नै मुख्य जड हुन। त्यो जजरकोटे लाई पनि थाहा छ । दुषित पानी उमालेर वा ओखती घोलेर खानु पर्छ, देश देशाबर हाक्ने नेता कार्यकर्ता घरै पिच्छे भएको ठाउँ मा थाहा छैन भनेर म पत्याउन सक्दैन।

ओखती ले ज्यान जोगाउने होइन, सरसफाइ र स्वस्थ् पानी र खाने पानी नै हो। खानेपानी कै मुहान मै आछी गर्ने बानी कहिले बन्द हुन्छ ?

यस्तो संकटकाल मा के सरकार को मात्र मुख ताकेर समाधान हुन्छ त, डाक्टर साहेब। जाजरकोटे पनि नेपाली नै हो। साइबाबा को भजन गाउन एकै छिन बन्द गरी चिकित्सकको टोली सहित आँफै जाने कि त्यता तिर ? या सरकार को आलोचना गर्दै आफ्नो माइबाप को चाकडी गर्दै बस्ने ?
 

 

Like others said earlier, what is Dr. Dixit himself doing? Blaming others is pretty easy dude. If he thinks doctors should do something, why is he not doing anything? Rather than writing this article, he could probably have saved couple lives. What he said is correct.....I agree....But, he is on eof the culprit too...

 

And where are YCLs khaates? I agree, government and their people are unable to control this and they are not doing anything. BUt, where are these YCL and Maoists terrorists who claim they are the "party of poor people" (although their office building is the most expensive one)????? Bastards, if it was the case of extortion, Thekka patta, Randibaazi, Juwaa akhadaa.....these bastards would have been there at the first place, but now....where are these Maoists bastards?????

Cholera-hit VDC still sans drugs

JAJARKOT, July 23 - Hari Bahadur Nepali of Dhime VDC, Jajarkot, lost his wife and two children to cholera on the same day. Although Nepali lives only about 50 metres away from the VDC sub-health post, his family died due to lack of treatment.

The sub-health post has been without medicines for quite some time. On top of it, health workers are short in supply.

Local people complain that the health worker that the District Public Health Office sent left the VDC after working for only four days. Until Thursday evening, the VDC was yet to receive much-needed medicines and health workers. 

“My bed-ridden daughter died for want of treatment and wife too passed away. I did not want to lose my son, so I left the bodies of my wife and daughter at home, carried my son and headed out in search of treatment. He died on the way on my shoulder,” said Nepali. 

Sixty-five-year-old patient Gyan Prasad Upadhyaya, who lived just 80 metres away from the health post, died because there was no one to carry him to the health centre. With the number of patients multiplying by the day, it is hard to find people around to carry the affected to the health centre. With the number of patients increasing by the day, even funeral attendance has slumped drastically.

“There are not enough people even to carry the bodies,” said Bhakta Bahadur Malla.  The disease has killed 10 people in the last two weeks and rendered over 100 ill.

I think this outbreak of diseaase and the government's failure to contain it must be seen in a proper perspective. The first thing to wonder is whether our health-care system has the ability to cope with this kind of situation in an efficient manner. The fact is that the system has deteriorated over the years, and probably no appropriate 'system' structure exists at present. MaKuNe obvisously did not have the ability to do a miracle and correct the system in a week. The only thing the governmet could do this time was to request the army (which is probably the only government institution that has remained more or less intact and efficient) for help and that it did. In this light, it does not seem logical to blame MaKuNe for his visit to Egypt at this time or to blame the President for not visiting the affected areas.

But yes, the prime minister and the political class now needs to be pressed to seriously consider working towards reforming the rural health-care system; having manned health-care offices in function and planning for the long term. And Dr saheb could have put his arguments and suggestions towards this line rather than following the Sangraula path. He could have shared his own experience (if any) of working in the remote areas and inspired young doctors to serve the nation rather than to do politics. The fact is that the rural areas became more and more unenviting for professionals and all existing services deteriorated there all through the years during and after the so called people's war whose 'warriors' he so admires.

I went to Jajarkot to do a "Post Mortem". 

this dixit always goes for cheap popularity. history has shown the real interest of dixit and his elk is to mistify the people of nepal to serve his class and his masters.

I still can not imagine how can diarrhoea (which is preventable and curable), has been killing so many people in Jajarkot. When I read the news first time, I was really surprized and thought there must be some other causes of the death, thought diarrhoea was the one of the symptoms. Some daily papers mention cholera spreading in those areas now. But still I wonder if the people are educated on basic preventive health education. If they are, is there any suitable environment to adapt those safer practices to drink clean water and safe environment? We know it is not difficult to clean the water sources and surroundings. But, what keeps people being ignorant in behavior changes regarding hygiene and the health.

About health services and health workers, it is time to share the responsibilities with the people in the local area where we can train some high school students to teach the family to practice safe while maintaining their health and hygiene. Government should assign resource persons to educate people and also supply necessary medicines for the early treatment of such communicable diseases.

"The Health Ministry did not work effectively," he said, addressing the discussion between government officials and representatives of donor agencies. The donor agencies had been called at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar today for the consultation on providing relief to the diarrhoea-hit families.

Prime Minister Nepal committed to control the disease even if that means declaring mid-western and far-western regions “emergency zones”.

He also called on the donor agencies to assist in providing relief to the bereaved families.

The government on Thursday decided to introduce a ‘special relief package’ for Jajarkot and neighbouring districts to combat the diarrhoea outbreak that has taken the region into grip for the last three months.

More than 150 people have died in Jajarkot alone since the outbreak and the disease is spreading rapidly to the surrounding districts.

"Unnecessary pressure intolerable"

At another programme in Sankhu, Prime Minister Nepal said no pressure will be tolerated on the matter of running the government.

Stating the government is working on public welfare, he added unnecessary pressure will not be tolerated.

The government is committed towards controlling inflation, diarrhoea outbreak and impunity, said the Prime Minister.

I don't think Nepal lacks resources to tackle such problem.

Moreover sirish i am wondering what is the use of health organizations? It's already time to knock WHO, there was a death of 50 mexicans and whole world was alarmed but where is Nepal in this planet? These dim-witted politicians are fighting for hindi and nepali stuffs, wasting our money doing nothing. Enough is enough.

बिरामी एकातिर, शिविर अर्कैतिर अर्जुन शाह बाजुरा-नागरिक संगठनको चर्को दबाबपछि पखाला नियन्त्रणका लागि जुगाडा गाविस गएका जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयका स्वास्थ्यकर्मी रोग प्रभावित गाउँ नगई अर्कै ठाउँमा शिविर सञ्चालन गरेर फर्किएका छन् । पखालाकै कारण ५ जनाको ज्यान गएको र सयांै बिरामी भएको सटेडा र बसालामा स्वास्थ्य शिविर सञ्चालन गर्न गएको टोली गाउँभन्दा करिब एक घन्टाको पैदलमा पर्ने घटमना भन्ने स्थानमा शिविर सञ्चालन गरी फर्किएको थियो । रोगले यी गाउँ निकै प्रभावित हुँदा समेत स्थास्थ्य कार्यालयले वास्ता नगरेको भन्दै सदरमुकामस्थित नागरिक संगठनका कार्यकर्ताले कार्यालयको चर्को आलोचना गरेपछि उनीहरू बसाला र सटेडामा शिविर सञ्चालन गर्न गएका थिए । स्थानीय बासिन्दा र नागरिक समाजका प्रतिनिधिले स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको यस्तो कार्यलाई गैरजिम्मेवार भएको बताएका छन् । नागरिक समाजका शेरबहादुर रौलेले कान्तिपुरसँग भने, 'यो भन्दा ठूलो लापरबाही के हुन्छ ?' गाउँका अधिकांश बिरामी परेकाले सिकिस्त भएकालाई शिविरस्थलसम्म पुर्‍याउनै नसकिएको स्थानीय डम्बर महतले बताए । बसाला र सटेडामा अहिले १ सय ५० भन्दा बढी बिरामी सिकिस्त रहेको स्थानीय बासिन्दाले बताएका छन् । श्रीमतीको पखालाकै कारण मृत्यु भइसकेको र घरका पाँचै जना बिरामी परेका धनलाल रोकायाले आफूहरूप्रति निकै अन्याय भएको बताए । स्थानीय स्वास्थ्य चौकीमा हाल ४ पाकेट जीवनजल र ३ बोतल स्लाइन पानी मात्र रहेको अहेव दुर्गानन्द चौधरीले बताए । सदरमुकाममा समेत पर्याप्त औषधि र स्वास्थ्यकर्मी छैनन् । हालसम्म यस जिल्लामा पखालाले ११ जनाको मृत्यु भइसकेको छ ।  संस्थाद्वारा सहयोग जाजरकोट- झाडापखाला प्रभावितहरूको उपचारका लागि विभिन्न संघसंस्थाहरूले सहयोग गरेका छन् । युनिसेफ र कन्सर्न वल्र्डवाइडको सहयोगमा नेपाल स्वास्थ्यका लागि पानी -नेवा) ले पानी शुद्धीकरणका लागि १ लाख २ हजार एकोट्याप ट्याब्लेट माहामारी प्रभावित साल्म, दशेरा, सुवानाउली र मजकोटमा वितरण गरेको छ । संस्थाले सरसफाइका लागि माइकद्वारा जनचेतनामुूलक कार्यक्रम समेत सञ्चालन गर्दै आएको संस्थाका मन वाग्लेले बताए । जीटी जेड पास्राले ४२ हजार, लाइन्स कल्बले ४० हजार, पूर्व सांसद गोविन्द विक्रम शाहले १ लाख राजीव विक्रम शाहले १४ लाख, हेल्भेटास जाजरकोटले १ लाख ५० हजार, डिएफआईडी समुदाय सहयोग कार्यक्रमले १ लाख ३३ हजार बराबरको औषधि सहयोग गरेको जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयले जनाएको छ । ँहैजाको कारण दूषित पानी’ नेपालगन्ज- राप्रपा केन्द्रीय सदस्य गोविन्दविक्रम शाहले खाद्य संस्थान तथा विश्व खाद्य कोषको स्तरहीन खाद्यान्न र दुूषित पानीले जाजरकोटमा हैजा फैलिएको बताएका छन् । हैजा प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा राखिएका १९ स्वास्थ्य शिविरसमेत अपर्याप्त रहेको उनले बताए । महामारी प्रभावितहरूलाई औषधि पुर्‍याएर नेपालगन्ज फर्केका शाहले कान्तिपुरसित भने, 'खाद्य तथा स्वास्थ्य संकट घोषणा गरेर प्याकेजमा उपचार र खाद्यान्न पुर्‍याउनुपर्छ ।' सिम्कालगायतका औषधि कम्पनीहरू र श्रीएयरको सहयोगमा एक लाख २५ हजारको औषधि क्षेत्रीय स्वास्थ्य र जाजरकोट जिल्ला अस्पताललाई हस्तान्तरण गरेको उनले बताए । महामारी फैलिँदासम्म सरकार र सांसदहरूले बेवास्ता गरेको आलोचना गर्दै शाहले भने- अझै पनि औषधि अपर्याप्त छ । पुगेको ठाउँमा पनि स्वास्थ्यकर्मी अभाव छ ।     थप एकको मृत्यु डडेल्धुरा- महामारीको रूप लिन थालेको झाडापखालाले डडेल्धुराको अजयमेरु गाविसमा शनिबार बिहान थप एक महिलाको मृत्यु भएको छ । मृत्यु हुनेमा अजयमेरु-४ देउलीगाउँकी सरुदेवी ऐर रहेकी छन् । जिल्लाको बेलापुर, कोटेली, बगरकोट, भद्रपुरपछि झाडापखालाको प्रकोप अजयमेरु गाविसमा पनि फैलिएको  छ । अजयमेरु गाविसका वडा नंं. ९ मा झाडापखाला फैलिएको छ । जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयका अनुसार अजयमेरुमा पनि दर्जनौं सर्बसाधारणहरु प्रभावित भएको छन् । प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा शनिबार औषधिसहितको स्वास्थ्यकर्मी टोली परिचालन गरिएको जिल्ला अस्पतालका डा प्रकाश क्षेत्रीले बताए । अजयमेरुमा शुक्रबारदेखि अचानक फैलिएको झाडापखालाले गम्भीर भएका तीन जना बिरामीलाई जिल्ला अस्पताल डडेल्धुरा ल्याइएको छ । यसैबीच जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालय डडेल्धुरामा जिल्लास्थित सरकारी एवं गैरसरकारी कार्यालयका प्रतिनिधिहरूसँग छलफल गरी झाडापखाला रोग रोकथाम तथा बिरामीहरूको उपचारमा सहयोगका लागि आग्रह गर्नुका साथै तत्काल प्रभावित क्षेत्रहरूमा सहयोगी कार्यकर्ता पठाइदिन अनुरोध गरेको छ । झाडापखाला प्रभावित आधा दर्जन गाविसमा स्वास्थ्यकर्मीहरूको टोली उपचारमा संलग्न रहेको र  प्रकोप थप फैलिएका गाविसहरूमा पनि स्वास्थ्य टोली पठाइएको वरिष्ठ जनस्वास्थ्य अधिकृत श्रीकृष्ण भट्टले जानकारी दिनुभएको छ  । सोमबारसम्म झाडापखालाबाट डडेल्धुरामा मर्नेहरूको संख्या पाँच पुगिसकेको छ । यसैगरी सल्यानमा झाडापखालाबाट स्विकोट-१ टाटकेमा थप एकजनाको शनिबार मृत्यु भएको छ । उपचारका लागि मिसन अस्पताल लैजाने क्रममा मोहन बुढाथोकीको मृत्यु भएको हो । केही दिनअघि उनकै परिवारकी ३५ वषर्ीया हुमा बुढाथोकीको मृत्यु भएको थियो । प्रदूुषित पानीले टाटकेमा एक सातादेखि झाडापखाला फैलिएको थियो । झाडापखालाका कारण बुढाथोकीको परिवारका सबै प्रभावित भएका थिए ।  जिल्लामा झाडापखालाबाट मर्नेको संख्या ९ पुगिसकेको छ । स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको टोलीले झाडापखाला नियन्त्रणमा ल्याएको दाबी गरे पनि गाउँमा समस्या कायमै रहेको स्थानीय रत्नबहादुर बिकले बताए ।  स्विकोटमा थप एकको मृत्यु भएपछि थारमारे स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रबाट स्वास्थ्यकर्मीको टोली शनिबार त्यता पठाएको जिल्ला स्वास्थ्य कार्यालयका डा. सुन्दर सुवालले बताए । Posted on: 2009-07-25 20:15:27
