Tika, I can understand that no civil servant is a real civil servant in Nepal. However, this Karima has no right or a right reason to slap the CDO. She slapped him just because the cars that he sent for her broke. I do not think a normal person can rationalize it.

She did not hit him because he was a corrupt or for his indifference to people's concerns. It was just for her sole purpose of not getting a good car. To come to her defend is a pure pathetic on your part, let me tell you.

If we start slapping for not doing things in Nepal, we should start slapping Prime Minister, Minister, Sachib, and the list goes on. What the hell of a good thing she did as a mantri and now you can slap a CDO for not doing things? Come on dude use your common sense if you have one but does not look like you have common sense. Nobody is fighting for Nepal and Nepali. They are all fighting for their own piece on Nepal's property.

In her interview with Kantipur prime time journalists, she put the details, and revealed how the journalist are hell bent to just highlight the vehicle issue. All the news reports came without mentioning a single word about the attitude problem that the CDO has but they repeatedly mentioned about the vehicle. Did you have seen a single picture of the vehicle yet? Why? Is the vehicle disappeared? Probably, the vehicle is indeed very bad, such that by bringing it on the media might backfire the CDO and his Chamche journalists. If I would be there at the shoe of the minister facing such humiliating attitude, I would have slapped him too. Everybody knows that a large number of pahadi bahun bureaucrats have pretty wrong attitude toward Terai people.

How is that humiliation??  When there so many ministers in nepal in the jumbo government how can we expect them to meet all the ministers. And secondly,  CDO can never be made accountable for not meeting ministers.   Even ministers have to take an appointment to meet CDO because a district officer time is much more precious to the people of that district.


Secondly, how you have safely defended Karima. That woman is a bitch every body knows that.  Just watch her interview immidiately after hitting the CDO and after 1-2 weeks in television. She changed the things that she initially said.

CAN YOU SHOW ME ONE THING THAT MINISTERS KARIMA HAS PROVED THAT  CDO HAS ACTUALLY DONE ANYTHING WRONG???  Actually she does not have any proof or proper reason to slap him.

Tika, the way you are defending the minister, it seems that you are the "Chamche". What  she did is not correct and can no way be justified. This is what happens when you give power to uneducated people.
By the way they showed the vehicle, it's a Mitsubishi Pajero. Another point, the CDO should not be responsible for supplying vehicles to the visiting ministers.

Those Chettris and Bahun who work in Central District Office or high government offices take the bribe (gus) money and sell authentic Nepali citizenship and passports to Indian bihari dothis of Indian, now millions of bihari become Nepali citizens and their families. In reality, most of the Terai of Nepal already turns into India's hand. It is only left to announce officially about it.

She is the one (india born bihari) who bribed to these CDO and got authentic Nepali Citizenship, and also run major madhesi political party. NOW... She kicked and slapped these CDO.

Who has key root national/international crime? That culprit CDO or She?

Tika, your logic is that of gundagardi and of not the law. How dare anybody attack a public servant on duty? Try that in USA or other country and you will see. That Karima should be punished for that, there is no right of her to slap.
