आगामी भदौ २ गते बिहानसम्म कुनै आश्चर्य भएन भने मिस नेपाल २०१२ सृष्टि श्रेष्ठले मिस वल्र्ड २०१२ अन्तर्गतको ‘मल्टिमिडिया एवार्ड’  जित्ने सम्भावना प्रवल भएर गएको छ। बुधबार साँझसम्मको भोटिङअनुसार सृष्टि मिस वल्र्डको यो विधामा पहिलो नम्बरमा छिन्। सृष्टिले  बुधबार साँझसम्म सर्वाधिक ३४ हजार ५ सय मत पाएकी छिन्। दोस्रो स्थानमा भियतनामकी सुन्दरी भू होवाङ माई २७ हजार ७ सय मत  पाएकी छिन्। मिस वल्र्ड २०१२ को निर्णायक प्रतिस्पर्धा आगामी भदौ २ गते सम्पन्न हुँदैछ। सृष्टिलाई भदौ २ गते बिहानसम्म मिस वल्र्डको  आधिकारिक वेबसाइटमा रहेको फेसबुक फ्यान पेजमा गएर भोटिङ गर्न पाइन्छ। यो एवार्ड विजेता भए सृष्टि स्वतः उत्कृष्ट ५० भित्र पर्नेछिन्  र निर्णायक चरणका लागि छनौट हुनेछिन्। सृष्टि मिस वल्र्ड २०१२ को ‘कल्चरल डान्स राउन्ड’ को उत्कृष्ट १० मा समेत पर्न सफल भैसके की छिन्।

यही वर्षको वैशाख २४ गते काठमाडौंमा सम्पन्न मिस नेपाल २०१२ मा विजयी हुनुअघिसम्म सृष्टि लन्डनमा रमाइरहेकी थिइन्। लन्डनमा  बसेर मोडलिङलाई करियर बनाइरहेका बेला मिस नेपालको मुकुट पहिरिएपछि सृष्टिले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय चर्चा पाइन्। चर्चासँगै यतिबेला उनी  चीनको इनर मंगोलियाको ओरडस पुगेकी छिन्। उनको एक मात्र उद्देश्य छ, मिस वल्र्ड-२०१२ को मुकुट पहिरिँदै नेपाललाई विश्वसामु  चिनाउनु। सृष्टि यतिबेला मिस वल्र्ड-२०१२ को प्रशिक्षणमा व्यस्त छिन्। विश्वका १ सय २० वटा देशका सुन्दरीहरूसहित उनी अहिले विभिन्न  विधाको प्रशिक्षण लिइरहेकी छिन्। मिस वल्र्डको इतिहासमै पहिलो पटक १ सय २० जना सुन्दरीले प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्न लागेका हुन्। यसअघि सन्  २०१० को मिस वल्र्डमा सर्वाधिक १ सय १५ जना सुन्दरीले भाग लिएका थिए।

काठमाडौं, भदौ २ । चीनको ओर्दोसमा आज साँझ हुन लागेको ६२औं मिस वल्र्ड २०१२ मा नेपालबाट सृष्टि श्रेष्ठले प्रतिस्पर्धा गर्दै छिन् ।

१ सय १६ मुलुकले सहभागीता जनाएको यस प्रतिस्पर्धामा श्रेष्ठले मिस वल्र्ड बिच फेसनमा उत्कृष्ट १० पर्न सफल समेत भइसकेकी छिन् । यो विधामा पर्ने सृष्टि पहिलो मिस नेपाल हुन् ।

‘उत्कृष्ट १० मा पर्न पाउँदा चन्द्रमामा पुगेजस्तो अनुभूति भइरहेको छ’–सृष्टिले फेसबुकमा लेखेकी छन् । उक्त विधाकी विजेताको घोषणा आज साँझ ग्रयान्ड फाइनलमा नै हुनेछ । विधाको उत्कृष्ट सूचीमा सृष्टि दोस्रो नम्बरमा परेकी छन् । यो विधामा नाइजेरियाकी डेमिटी चार्लेस ग्रयानभिल्ले, गाउडेलुपकी ब्रिलम्बियाकी बार्बारा टर्बे, ब्राजिलकी मारिआना नोटारानगेलो, वेल्सकी सोफी एलिजावेथ मोल्डास र नर्दन आयरल्यान्डकी टिफानी ब्रिन छनोटमा परेका हुन् ।

‘मिस वल्र्ड २०१२’ को अन्तिम प्रतिस्पर्धा नेपाली समय अनुसार साँझको ५ बजे सुरु भई ७ बजे समापन हुने कार्यक्रम रहेको छ । विश्वभरबाट करिब १ अर्बभन्दा बढी दर्शकले हेर्ने दाबी गरिएको यस प्रतिस्पर्धालाई भारतीय जी टिभी लगायत नौ वटा टेलिभिजनले प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्नेछ ।                              

I heard Shristi Shrestha came 80th out of over 100 contestents. So much for all the hype and facebook likes.

Not all Nepalese supported her. Many thought she was pretty dumb to call her "Janajati" father Complicated.

Many thought Nepalsese girls were not winning becuase they lacked the height and western looks. They can't complain about that anymore. Shristi had both the height and the western looks.

This brings down to one and only reason why Nepalese do not make it to the top. It must be their intelligence. Too much stupidity in those so called Miss Nepals.

guys guys pls stop running afta her...YES C DIDN'T WIN MISS WORLD, i think its lil stupid to even think at the moment with this situation of our country. MW is very very politically biased thing they cant just hand over the crown to some very politically and economically unstable country(how cud inida win multimedia award with 72k likes and Nepal had 158k likes..how..how..how)

We all need to be proud c made it to top 30 and top 10 in beach beauty which was first time in history of miss nepal. She even won the missociology multimedia award.

I already had that feeling that this MW is staged because there were other great contestants. Last MW that took place
