My brother is coming to the States with DV visa and I am planning to send him straight to the school. He is doing his bachelor degree in KU, Dhulikhel and recently started his 2nd year/3rd semester there.

I am planning to send him to a community college until he gets in-state tuition waiver then will transfer to the good school after a year.

What kind of documents he need to bring in order to transfer his credit hours here? Do I need him to evaluate his transcripts? I know KU provides grades unlike TU. I tried to call school but unable to contact anyone from international office.

Anyone have idea? Please do share.

Thank you,
