Hi,I need some help in TPS fillout. what do you put for Part2 question #25b: date authorized period of stayin the United states expired or will expire (as shown on form I-94 or I-95). My I-94 says DIS. Form doesnot take such entry and my I-20 is long expired. Please suggest what to put here.
Thanks!

Either you can put your I-20 date, or your VISA expire date.

Put the date which is close to today.

Hope this helps.

Hi Satrianic and MimroRaMero,
I have heard some people put OPT date on it? What exactly is it anyway? As per question it has to be I-94 date but I-20 and visa dates are not I-94 dates? Plz clarify if u guys know anything about it.

@bikash_001
To be honest with you, that date will not decline your application.

USCIS has all of your records. That is the reason I said put the date that is closest to today.
Whatever date is either, VISA, OPT, I-20.

The question is typically, till what date you are authorized to stay in US.

Even after you VISA expires, you can stay in US with your I-20. I hope your school gave you new I-20, so you can use that too.
Or put the expire date of you EAD if you have one.

Ps. It is not DIS in your I-94, it is D/S which is Duration of Status. So you can use the date till which you are legal to stay in US.

Good Luck

Form I-821

25.d Travel Document Number(if any)

=> What kind of document includes under Travel Document ?

25.f. Expiration Date for Passport or Travel Document

=> What should I fill on this field ? Is it the VISA expiry date or Passport expiry date ?

27. Are you now or were you ever in immigration proceedings ?

=> I didn't understand this term. I have applied for economic hardship which is still pending. Should I select it as YES or NO ?

Form I-765

11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS ?

=> What should I do for this as I have applied for economic hardship and its still pending. Should I say YES and say pending on results.

16. 17. 18. Eligibility Category

=> What should be the eligibility category ?

Thanks

I agree with mero_naam_ho on all questions, but for the question 27
It means were ever in removal proceedings, Have you ever in proceeding before an immigration judge, or in immigration court?
