Sis u already apply i130? U cannot file i485 now since the priority date will not be current for a gc holder's spouse. Wait time is probably 1.7 years before u can file i485 .

How long does it take to get the EAD or GC after getting married to GC holder.(F1 married to GC Holder)?
Any inputs from the person who have gone through the process will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

@mero_naam_ho - I believe one of the condition for a conditional GC is for those applicants whose I485 get approved within 2 yrs of their marriage.

oh so that means if someone's gc get approved after two years of marriage then it won't be a conditional GC at all..

my spouse has been living in US for years now. I was going through the instruction it says that i need to fill the sponsorship form if the spouse is coming from outside US, but then again when i continue to read i got confused.
