Mero tps yo week approve bhayo. Dec 2 ma apply gareko without EAD. Nepal janai parne cha. October end tira jane plan gareko 30 din jati ko lagi . Travel document apply garun ki vanera Sochi rako Tara tps expire huna around 115 din baki cha . Travel document auna 90 din lagcha bhaneko suneko thiya. Tps expiry najikidai cha travel document apply garu ki na garun daro confuse ma chu. Koi sajha mitra haru hunuhuncha travel document chandai ako ? Kyai sujhab , salla diun na plz

I recommend not to travel with TPS travel document at this moment.

My grandmother was sick. She was 90 yrs old and i hadn't seen her for 9 years. I applied for advance parole after tps granted and wrote the word 'Expedite' on top right of the first page of i-131 along with a letter to uscis officer stating medical emergency and to expedite AP under humanitarian grounds. Got my AP in two weeks. I travelled with my AP for 45 days.

Same here I travelled back home for 2 months last year on AP. I got my AP in 2 hours from field office though.

TPS expired in end of december I think , october 25th is around when they will give the decision to extend or end.

I recommend not to travel with TPS AP at this time as TPS is expiring soon on Dec 21, 2016 which is almost closer to 90 days and if it does not extend, then he will have a problem at POE upon arrival.
If he wants to travel under emergency, I would recommend to consult an experienced lawyer. However, it's a wise decision to travel only if TPS extend which we get to know by Oct 21, two months prior to its expire date.
He could have traveled earlier but its quite risky now.

all you need is medical documents they will glaze over it and will give you the doc.
Please be honest about it and do not fake it as that might have very bad consequences.
