King Gyanendra, in a televised message late Monday night, has announced that the parliament which was dissolved in May 2002 is reinstated. He also called for the parliament member to convene at 1 pm this Friday. But, above all he has expressed his heartfelt condolences to people who lost their lives during the People's movement -2. The rays of hope and peace is on the horizon. I really hope and pray that all the Nepalese gather together for a moment of rejoicing and for unity.

Yes, this will put brakes on the present revolution so no more bloodshed for the time being, but then will we get what we really wanted? I am afraid but the question mark is really a BIG one. Looks like the best we can get now is constitutional monarchy.....
