When I consult with a lawyer, he said that the employer or employer's representative should be in interview. Now I am confused. Even to make employer ready for processing paper is difficult....to ask them to attend interview is almost impossible........

I did not have to go for any interview. I thought it is a rare. If you are doing employment based GC most probably your lawyer is employer's representative. I could be wrong.

Seems like euta nepali is screwed up by his lawyer.....(but one of my friend who obtained his GC 8-9 years before was saying he and his lawyer had to go for interview....I dont know if rule has changed after.
