We all know the fact that there has already been so many viruses to attack the healthy Nepalese society when their immune system is compromised. Everyday new viruses are emerging, and the so called leaders are trying to treat the old viruses with outdated medicine. The chances to treat these new viruses or taking them to quarantine seem not in approach of our government. There might be several reasons associated with this. It should not be underlook that these virus may be created from the laboratory of some scientifically progressing countries in our neighbourhood. So, we need to make a defense laboratory to save our soverignity of nepalese.
