I had my birth registered at nagarpalika of my district. I got my nagarikta , birth certificate everything from nagarpalika.

No, its different thing..From what i have experience, you get birth certiicate is nepali and you have to take to translation service to translate..

 it's simple now a days, most nagarpalikas will get you one right away without a hassle for like Rs100 and in English too so no need to translate. you can have it faxed or sent via email . for immi. u only need a copy. don't lie , you'll be fked.. for real...
