I'm thinking to make my own webpage in my name.
How can i create this. I have heard that webpage is designed in HTML like such software. I know some other software little like fortran, but i don't about HTML, JAVA.
I will be more than happy if you share some information.

Sure if you want a website you can always visit free website building services. Well Weebly comes to mind. You don't need any programming skills or knowledge of JAVA or HTML. Its all drag and drop. Hope that helps.
